4. Release – Healing isn’t just about understanding—it’s about letting go. This step involves emotional release, forgiveness, energetic clearing, and cutting ties with outdated programming.
5. Reprogram – The final step is rewriting your story. Now that you've cleared old beliefs, it’s time to replace them with new, empowering thoughts, behaviors, and perspectives that align with the life you truly want to create.
